A few of my friends and I are going to San Francisco for Spring Break and one of the things we're doing there is to shop at downtown San Francisco and eat the the Cheesecake Factory above Macy's for lunch. We want to dress up a little; summer dresses and such. What do people there usually wear? I'm 16, by the way.
Send links/pictures of nice dresses/outfits to wear, please! What to wear to the Cheesecake Factory in San Francisco?
Standard fashion look that will be fine in nearly every place in the city of San Francisco: designer jeans or black pants, high heeled boots, cashmere sweater, leather jacket. Leave your summer dresses in the burbs. It's usually too cold for that in the city except for a handful of days in September - only the tourists come here in shorts and sundresses.
And there are a million better places than the overcrowded, touristy Cheesecake Factory chain. Why not have a great lunch at Bong Su or The Salt House or one of the places in Belden Alley instead? What to wear to the Cheesecake Factory in San Francisco?
While I am certainly no trend setter...I do know that there is both indoor and outdoor seating there (keep that in mind) while selecting an outfit. Also, unless you get there early, it gets VERY crowded.
Wear whatever is comfortable, but dress in layers. If you choose a summer/sun dress make sure you bring a sweater or light jacket. If you sit inside you may get warm enough to remove the sweater, but if you eat outside you'll be glad that you brought it with you.
After dinner you'll probably walk the mall w/ your girlfriends, so wear shoes that you'll be able to actually walk in (not just super cute ones that match your outfit)
I've seen people dressed up and I've seen people who practically look homeless at the Cheesecake Factory - so, wear what makes you feel good. What to wear to the Cheesecake Factory in San Francisco?
I would wear cute sandals or cute flip flops with a nice spring dress or a cute spring skirt and a more casual top.
I like clothes from target, you can also check it out in person.

Casual for sure but bring along a sweater or light jacket...always a breeze up there but you can't beat the view of the square and the atmosphere...enjoy !
Dress nice but not real dressy, NOTHING formal. The Cheesecake Factory isn't really a fancy restaurant at all. A nice summer dress will do. But if you do over do it, no one will know, they will just think you came from a prior event. By the way, Im 16 also.
casual Friday.
A lot of polo and khakis.
A car sales mans attire would be more than adequate.
OOPS%26lt; I appologize,you are a girl,UH...Well I guess Ill just let others help you.
