Place for 13 year old birthday party in San Francisco?

I want a really fun place to go in San francisco. Such as great restaurants by union square, a great cupcake places, and fun things to do in chinatown!!!!!!!!! Help my sister's birthday is on the 26th!!!!Place for 13 year old birthday party in San Francisco?
Go to Golden Gate park in the morning. Have some hot green tea in the tea garden. For lunch, go to the Stinking Rose in Little Italy. In the afternoon, walk around China town and check out all the neat little shops. And for dinner, go to Joes Restaurant near the Chronicle building. If you're feeling extra ethnic then I would suggest Naan N Curry on Ofarell street I believe next to the Hilton hotel for dinner.Place for 13 year old birthday party in San Francisco?

Dim Sum or a sit down Chinese Dinner can be fun. Good for a larger group and most Chinese Restaurants wont care if you get a little loud.
what about san francisco zoo, i love it there
