Can I still turn in a late San Francisco State University Housing Agreement?

So I got accepted to sfsu, I turned in my housing application and received the housing agreement. The thing is my parents didn't have the money to pay the $1,400 at the time. Now that I check up on it, the due date of May, 12th has passed.
