What to do in san francisco?

Im going to san francisco next weekend. What are must do things? Where are the best hot spots i should site see? Whats a fancy place to have dinner/drinks after in union square?What to do in san francisco?
things to do:

napa

go to pier and see seals and you have to have a clam chowder

go to napa

go down town to shop or just window shop(shell probably love the huge Victoria's secret)

alcatraz

lombard street

cheese cake factory on top of Macy's(go early to avoid waiting)

go to tiburon its a beautiful town across the golden gate bridge

go to china town

get on a trolley

walking around can be fun to

i used to live there...you can go to alcatraz...and also you can take ur own beer or drinks and by the wharf they can take you on a little tour aroung the bride and you can drink...i forgot the name of this tall building its like a high rise hotel..they have a bar/lounge all the way at the top...its pretty cool at night.
