I live in San Mateo, and I have not seen any Mexican labors in front of Home Depot stores I had been to. Does anybody know at which Home Depot in the peninsula I can find some of them? Look on the off streets around Home Depot. The INS has been cracking down so they try and balance being easy to find with not being too visible. $50-$80 for a day is the going rate depending on the work.
