How do I get access to the upstairs bar at the Fillmore in San Francisco?

My wife and I are big time music fans in the Bay Area and our favorite venue for sure is the Fillmore in San Francisco. But one of the things that we always wonder about that place is: who are the lucky folks who get those reserved seats along the wall and the even luckier folks chilling at the bar upstairs at their own tables? We would love to get to see a show from up there one day, even if it means paying more (which it most certainly will) or getting there super early, we just can't seem to figure out how. The people guarding the stairs aren't ever the friendliest or most approachable so we haven't ever asked about it while at a show. Is their anyone out there who feels like sharing the secret password?How do I get access to the upstairs bar at the Fillmore in San Francisco?
i love the filmore also. but the seats on the side are for disabled people. i went with my disabled mom once and she got a table reserved for her just because of her being disabled
