Let's start with San Francisco:
My favorite part of San Francisco is actually the drive down highway 1 from SF to Big Sur. It is one of the most spectacular drives you will ever take - I guarantee it!

Now for SF: Must sees are Fishermans Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge, Nob Hill area, Castro, Haight are a few
Lake Tahoe: Squaw Valley, North Shore, drive over Mt. Rose to Reno is a spectacular drive.
I'll let someone else comment on Yosemite - you can get all you need from this website:

Have fun. What are some of the best sights to see in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite?
I went to Yosemite over spring break. Here are some sites I saw Yosemite Valley %26amp; Falls. There is a very large rock that is called Half Dome. I think it is called that because it looks like to domes put together with a space in the middle. You can see it at Tunnel View. Tunnel View is right after you go through a narrow man made tunnel that was really carved by a human. If you like to hike your in luck. There are many hikes that vary in size of length. If you are staying for more than just a day, they have many wonderful hotels. The most luxurious hotel is the Awahnee. Yosemite really connects you with nature. Have fun!
P.s A city called Oakhurst is right next to Yosemite. Maybe you can find hotels there. Sorry, I don't know much about San Fransisco and none about Lake Taho.
