Going to san francisco over weekend, what hole-in-the-wall things should i do/eat/experience?

I've been to San fran several times, so I've already done most of the touristy things. Please don't give me touristy answers. I've also been to golden gate park (and love it! )

SO what else can you think of for me to do? I'm looking for local hidden secret spots. I'm looking for great things to do, to eat (cheap, but great), to experience. Real San francisco cultural appeal!

anyone? I'm leaving tomorrow (friday) morning.

to eat- betelnut on union street is pan asian american food really yummy, definitley need a reservation for dinner, roses cafe on union street good for lunch, steps of rome on colombus in north beach is really fun for a late dinner or dessert- the vodka fafalle and tiramisu is really yummy, emporio rulli cafe on chestnut in the marina is good for coffee, cookies or a sandwich.

to shop- haight street-haight ashbury area- you will see intersting people, everyone is nice there, lots of consignment shops where you can find really unique things and designer jeans and such for less since they are second hand. fillmore street- cute shops and cafes. union street- near the betelnut restaurant listed above there are cute shops, try going to ambiance, some things there are expensive but you can find good deals too. Red dot on chestnut has awesome jewelry, clothes too but personally I love the accesories more. and then of course there is down town- it will be crowded!! but the stores are amazing bloomingdales opened in september- the second largest in the country- fun if you can take the crowds.

fishermand wharf/ghiradelli square can be touristy but its fun there so if you've never been I would for sure go.

wander around north beach for great italian food- there is really good foccacia but the names of the places are escaping me right now

city lights book store is very well known- also in north beach

Go to the cartoon art museum 655 Mission.

Take the anchor steam brewery tour!

Explore the Mission and Noe Valley. Lots of cool shops, and places to eat. Some of the best views of the city can be found at Delores Park at 18th.Going to san francisco over weekend, what hole-in-the-wall things should i do/eat/experience?
China Town?

Fisherman's Wharf?

Lombard Street?

Matreon Building?

Yerba Buena Park?

de Young Museum?

San Francisco Zoo?

Cartoon Art Museum?

I think you've been to all those places, so the only thing I can think of right now is Mel's Drive In, it's an old style cafe with jukebox on your table. The food is great, not very expensive.

Have fun!!
