im a teenager myself and i hang out in the city a lot of times with my friends and family. my opinion of where to go is downtown where you can go to sf center( the mall) or walk around union square. in the city you can also go to the guarideli and get some chocolate and hang around the area there which is reall ynice because it's near the water. hope my advise helped you on a way.
