I do not know of anything specific happening Friday in San Francisco but San Jose has a Brazilian restaurant which hosts a capoeira show every Friday eventing at 7:00 p.m.

There is a Gracie academy in San Francisco http://www.carleygracie.com/ if you are interested as well as another Gracie academy here http://www.charlesgracie.com/cms/ which always makes me want to ask if the real Gracies will please stand up.



I believe the former Gracie academy is where Jake Shields, the Diaz brothers and some other fighters train.



I know there is an excellent kajukenbo school in San Francisco as well but couldn't find the website.
